Moga’Jeunes is a youth association in Essaouira. Its members share a common vision which is articulated around the importance of youth participation to ensure a necessary and positive change for the city, thanks to the help and support of the Essaouira Mogador association. Moga’Jeunes is part of a label combining around ten associations in Morocco and elsewhere, and aims to federate those who develop actions translating commitment, participation, involvement in cultural, societal and community life, at the local or national level. Through education and the practice of civism, through grass-roots cultural activities, social, humanitarian and sports activities, ‘Moga’Jeunes’ members wish to engage in favour of and with the young people of Essaouira and elsewhere! In order to give life to fraternity, fight against exclusion, illuminate coexistence, revive material and intangible heritage, to help young people emerge and allow them to exercise their citizenship in an active and dynamic way.
